  18. 3-4 green chillies
  19. 1 lemon
  20. 1 medium onion (Julian cut)
  21. 1 tomato (Julian cut)
  22. 1 cucumber (Julian cut)
  23. 1 Green Bell pepper (Julian cut)
  24. For Bean Spaghetti Salad:
  25. 2 tbsp olive oil
  26. 1/2 cup boiled red beans
  27. 1/2 cup corns
  28. 1/2 cup white peas
  29. 2 tbsp chat masala
  30. 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  31. 2 lemons
  32. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  33. For Creamy Spaghetti Salad:
  34. 2 bowl spaghetti
  35. 1 fresh cream pack
  36. 45 gm butter
  37. 1 tsp oregano
  38. 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  39. 2 chicken breast Julian cut
  40. 1/2 cup grated cheese
  41. Salt
  42. 1 tsp white pepper
  43. 1 )2 tsp black pepper
  44. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  45. 1 )2 cup mushrooms Julian cut

Instructions to make to make Spaghetti Salad Train

  1. For Spaghetti Salsa Salad:
  2. Dip garlic and onion in hot water for five minutes and then drain out. Now mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve it in a dish.
  3. For Green Spaghetti Salad:
  4. Grind coriander leaves, mint, lemon, crushed coconut, green chillies and salt in a mixer and make a green chutney.
  5. Mix chutney and all remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and serve it in a dish.
  6. For Beans Spaghetti Salad:
  7. Put oil in a pan and add red beans, white peas, corns, chart masala, salt, roasted cumin powder and lemon. Stir fry it for 5 minutes. Now add spaghetti, tomatoes, onions, chillies and toss it for a minute.
  8. Now dish out the bean salad. Sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves.
  9. For Creamy Spaghetti Salad:
  10. Put 15gm butter in a pan and add chicken into it. Now add salt, white pepper, black pepper and soya sauce. Cook it well and dish out in a mixing bowl.
  11. In a pan melt 25 gm butter and add cream. Whisk it continuously, now add oregano, cheese, nutmeg powder. Cook it for 2 minutes in slow flame. Now add cooked chicken, mushrooms, Spaghetti and toss it well. Serve it hot.
