- FOR SAUTEEING THE CHICKEN -
- 400 gm Chicken Boneless cubes
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
- 3-4 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 cup Spring Onions finely chopped
- 1 cup Cabbage shredded
- 2 Capsicums chopped
- 1 Red Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Green Peas (optional)
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 tsp Chilli Garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Red Chilli or Black pepper powder
- 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Oil

- First of all, boil Noodles al dente in enough water with Salt and Oil. Drain and keep aside. Do not over cook.
- Heat Oil in a a pan. Saute Garlic and Onions with all the mentioned ingredients. Also add all the Veggies. Saute on a low to medium high heat until crisp. Keep stirring it while keeling a watchful eye on it. Do not over cook. The crunch of the Veggies must be retained.
- Add Noodles to it and give a good mix. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves and serve hot immediately.
