1. In a large pot add 5 cups of water and a tbs of salt. Allow to boil and then add in your packet of spaghetti, cook for 8 mins, drain and drizzle with 2 tbs of oil,set aside.
2. In a bowl mix your meat balls ingredients, minced meat/milk/breadcrumbs/egg/salt/chilli and mix together till completely blended. Wet your palms with water and mound into small golf balls and allow to set for 5-8 mins. Fry in oil till golden brown in each sides. Set aside.

In another skillet, add 3 tbs of oil and add in your onions / allow to simmer and add in your chopped tomatoes, then your blender pepper / tomato paste, add in your salt/seasoning and mix together, simmer for 3 minutes and add in your meatballs, after 2 mins it’s all set and your meat ball sauce is good to go.!!!
