- 1 medium sized Onion (cut into cube)
- 1 spring onion stalk (green part cut into 1/2 inch long)

- Cut your chicken into 1 inch strip or cubes and marinate it with salt, chilli flakes, thyme, Italian seasoning, black pepper and half egg and corn flour
