- Add 2 litres water, 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil in a pot. Add the spaghetti when the water starts to boil. Boil this for 8 to 10 minutes and then strain the spaghetti
- Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, cumin, soya sauce and vinegar for 10 minutes
- Cut tomatoes (after taking out seeds), carrots, onion and capsicum in Julienne cut and spring onion in small pieces
- Add oil and crushed garlic in a pot/wok. Heat until golden brown and then add marinated chicken in it. Cook well for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add to it 1/2 cup water and cover it with lid for 5 minutes
- Prepare a paste with 2 tbsp cornflour and some water. Add this in the chicken. Add ketchup and cook well for 2 minutes
- Add capsicum, carrots and onion and mix it for 2 minutes
- Add tomatoes and oregano to it and mix well.
- Add the boiled spaghetti in this now and mix well
- Sprinkle spring onion over it, mix well and then turn off the flame. Dish it out and enjoy.
