  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add chopped onion and garlic. Saute until just soft. Mix in diced bell pepper and sauté until tender. Add turmeric, salt, chilli, cinnamon and oregano to the mixture and stir.
  2. Add minced beef and turmeric, salt, chilli, cinnamon and oregano and stir until mixed and brown.
  3. At the end, add tomato paste, grated tomatoes and stir couple of minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside. Sauce is ready.
  4. If you have layer of noodle in the bottom of pot, after cooking you will have Crunchy noodles from bottom of the pot
  5. Or if you have slice of bread in the bottom of pot and cover it with noodles, you will have crunchy fried bread from bottom of the pot.
